Our collection professionals are highly aware of the regulatory agencies and institutions of oversight guiding the collections industry.  Each one of our debt collectors receives extensive training regarding the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act, and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.  Additionally, each collector is educated and informed of new and developing trends such as identity theft, credit reporting and many others that are emerging on a daily basis.
