DRS Makes Check Recovery Simple
- You authorize your bank to send the dishonored check directly to DRS.
- Once the returned check is received by our office, we will notify you of the amount and the name of the check writer.
- Upon your approval the collection process will begin.
- We pay you 100% of the face value of the checks that are collected plus your bank's service fee.
- We provide attractive decals that welcome checks, but warn potential bad check writers.
- Once monies are collected, DRS will remit the same week the money is collected.
- If the check is not made good, DRS will pursue legal action when applicable.
- In addition to your bank service charge, DRS will add $30.00 service fee or up to 10% of face value to dishonored checks over $300.00, which is paid by the debtor. This fee covers all DRS costs and therefore there is no charge to you.
- On checks pursued legally, DRS will be remitting the face value of checks as well as bank charges and again at no cost to you.
